Nama Deep

Nama is the wine of the Holy Communion. Canava Roussos Nama is made from ripened grapes that have been sun-dried for fifteen days, then fermented under highly controlled conditions. The result is an aromatic, deep read wine with a syrupy sun-ripened sweetness and aftertaste. Serve chilled at 46° – 50° F.

Nykteri Appellation

Stored in oak barrels, this dry white wine has a light lemon color with flashes of gold and a bouquet of honeydew melon with gentle hints of honeycomb and vanilla. It is best served at 50°F – 54°F with grilled fish, smoked meats and sausage, white sauces and mature cheeses.
