ABOUT

REGION:
Nemea, Pelopponnesos

VINIFICATION:
Cool pressed and classical red vinification within 8-10 days with
repeated crushing out.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Deep ruby color with purple glows.
Bouquet of cherries and plums, balance acidity and fruity aftertaste.

GOES WELL WITH:
Starters, cheese pie, pasta with tomato sauce, lamb and beef
dishes. Served at 14-18 C.

 

Athena Red

Category: Dry Red Wine

RED-REGIONAL DRY RED WINE FROM EVIA

GRAPE VARIETY:
Muscat 50% – Vradiano 30% – Agiorgitiko 10%- Merlot 10%

ABOUT

ORIGIN:
Vineyards in Northern and Southern Evia.

VINIFICATION METHOD:
Classic red vinification with quick

extractions at 24°C.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Bright ruby color with purple overtones

and a complex bouquet of roses, cherries and prunes. Palate with balanced
acidity and a pleasing aftertaste of soft tannins.

GOES WELL WITH:
Various meats and cheeses.

Enjoy it at 14-16°C.

 

Athena White

Category: Dry White Wine

WHITE-REGIONAL DRY WHITE WINE FROM EVIA

GRAPE VARIETY:
Roditis 60% – Assyrtiko 20% – Athiri 20%

ABOUT

ORIGIN:
Vineyards in Northern and Southern Evia.

VINIFICATION METHOD:
Stemming and fermentation

controlled at 17°C.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Lemon green color with a bouquet of flowers

and citrus fruits, and a cool, palate-pleasing acidity.

GOES WELL WITH:
Grilled fish and white meats in white sauces.

Enjoy it at 10°C.
